All I know is when I did what you did I lost about 100 pounds in a year starting from June 2018. I fasted (almost) everyday until around 8 to 9 PM, ate mainly animal fat & meat/sometimes organ meat. Later on I added veggies with some fruit here and there about 7 months in, it changed my life.
Now I’ve been off diet and routine for about four months and that dad bode you described is slowly coming back, but unlike in the past, I understand this time why and how to stop it dead in its tracks.
I’ll never get it twisted again, it’s diet first, then exercise. No Excuses.
